Ski resort is located nearby village Telgart in the mountains of Lower Tatra (south side), under Kráľova hoľa hill. The skiresort is divided into ten main parts – Stodolisko, Tresnik I., Tresnik II. and two freeride zones. There are 7 skilifts available, with a total transport capacity of 3530 pers./hour. Ski slopes of all varieties of difficulty (overall length of 6,5 km), are located in 980 – 1300 m above sea level and they are regularly treated. The longest one, Tresnik I. ski slope – 1500 m is approved by certificate FIS. Six skislopes are covered with artificial snow in case of lack of snowy days. Working hours are during the winter season every day from 9 am until 4 pm. Cross-country skiers can also have a great time in Ski Telgart.
Current skiing are about quality services as well. Ski Telgárt offers the possibility to eat a traditional slovak food and local beer in restaurant Koliba pod Kralovou holou, refreshments in the Bistro Ski Telgart and Apresski bar under Tresník or enjoy a spectacular view of Kráľova Hola in icebar Bar Snow that with good snow conditions build on a hillside. In addition, in the area is ski and snowboard rent, skiservis and ski and snowboard school. In addition to alpine skiing area it offers other options for winter sports.
There are only lines intended for lovers of cross-country skiing but also for sledding for children. In the village there is a natural ice rink, on which you can swap for skate skiers.
